Jim Reynolds, President of Caspian Oil Services (COS), has
opened office and warehouse facilities in Baku in order to provide
services to the oil and gas industry that are not presently available
in the Caspian Region. Wilson Supply, a major oil field supplier
and business unit of Smith International, has formed an agency
agreement for the Caspian Sea region with Caspian Oil Services.
In addition, COS acquires other suppliers with equipment necessary
for drilling, production and construction. The company also provides
safety shoes, helmets, uniforms and all other necessities to
oil companies. Reynolds has 40 years of experience in the oil
field service industry, including more than 30 years of international
experience. He has previously opened branches in Singapore, Holland,
