Jean-Pierre Guinhut. Poiret presented her credentials to President
Aliyev on October 20, 2001. She has served in France's Ministry
of Industry and Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Bucharest, Bonn
and New York. Poiret has degrees from Paris' Institute of Political
Sciences and the State Institute of Eastern Languages and Civilizations,
