  Gregory Messner has replaced David Wracher as President, PCC,
of Devon Energy Corp. Messner had previous international assignments
in Ecuador, Indonesia and West Africa. Most recently, he served
as General Manager for Devon Energy Egypt Companies in Cairo.
Pennzoil Caspian, a subsidiary of Devon Energy, is a partner
of AIOC and contributes extensively to the humanitarian and cultural
sectors of Azerbaijan, especially the Bone Tuberculosis Sanatorium
