British
Airways
British Airways has expanded its schedule to offer seven flights
per week from Baku to London. The airline is also able to offer
passengers tickets from Baku to Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. Baku was
incorporated into the British Airways network in 1995, when three
Baku-London flights were introduced. This route was eventually
expanded to six flights a week in March 2001. The schedule into
Heathrow allows passengers to connect with British Airways Oneworld
alliance partners' flights through the London hub, and frequently
to be able to arrive at destinations halfway round the world
on the same day. All cockpit doors have been reinforced with
a full-length armor plate. Contact: Sabina Sharifova, Regional
