05.01.01 - MOSCOW, Russia - Russian President Vladimir Putin sent a reply to U.S. President George W. Bush's letter concerning the ways of adjustment of the Karabakh conflict. According to the press service of the Russian president, the letter says as follows: "I've carefully reviewed your letter dated on April 9. In it, you expressed your views over the results of Key West talks and the Karabakh adjustment. I share the thought that the progress reached during the Azerbaijan-Armenia presidential talks were the result of activities of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs. Joint cooperation in the Karabakh issue is an example of successful cooperation between our countries in resolution of complicated regional problems in Nagorno Karabakh. I hope the new 2+3 round of negotiations to be held in Geneva will bring good results as well." In conclusion, the Russian president expressed readiness of his country to continue cooperation with the United States.
