Yerevan, 5 April: The leader of the Armenia parliamentary group and a member of the Yerkrapa Union of Volunteers board, Myasnik Malkhasyan, has said that during the talks between President Robert Kocharyan and President Heydar Aliyev in Key West a decision will be taken on establishing road communication between Azerbaijan and Nakhchivan.

Today, Malkhasyan told journalists that Armenia should have a similar option and its blockade should be lifted so that communication can be established in the region. He added that a peace keeping contingent should remain in the region in order to guarantee the security of all sides, adding that Iran and Russia should not be excluded form the contingent.
